Customer Satisfaction Survey 2002 |
|
In response to the Agency's target of consulting fully with its customers; the OSTS has since 1994 conducted surveys of those who make use of its seed testing service for certification and/or advisory purposes. The main purpose of these surveys is to gauge the effectiveness of the service delivered, and to bring to light ways in which customers felt that the service could be improved. |
