Aphid monitoring will continue in Aphid Control Areas 1 to 6 until seed crops are burned down.
Following Level 1 monitoring during the week beginning 20 June, aphid monitoring has progressed to Level 2 in two further Aphid Control Areas:
ACA 5. Banff & Buchan, Gordon, Aberdeen, Kincardine & Deeside (excl. Howe of the Mearns)
ACA 6. Moray & Nairn, Inverness, Sutherland, Ross & Cromarty
Following Level 1 aphid monitoring during the week beginning 6 June, the aphid threshold was exceeded in three Aphid Control Areas:
ACA 1. Dumfries & Galloway
ACA 3. Fife & Kinross
ACA 4. Perth, Angus & Howe of the Mearns
Following Level 1 aphid monitoring during the week beginning 30 May, the aphid threshold was exceeded in one Aphid Control Area:
ACA 2. Lothians & Borders (incl. Lanark & Central Region)
