Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002

Under this Act you can request any recorded information held by us, regardless of who you are, where you live or what you want the information for. We must respond to requests within 20 working days.


Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004

These regulations complement the FOI(S) Act. Most requests under these regulations can be dealt with in 20 working days. However, in exceptional circumstances, we are allowed to take up to 40 days.
